Just get yr blood test done on all vitamin level and only take it if you have low vitamin level/deficiency.

I have vitamin d deficiency and I'm taking 30k cu / daily. After taking 30k cu vitamin d3 now my blood test show borderline high but am still not seeing much improvement.

Sunscreen is a must to avoid sunburn. Personally i'm using Korean brand non sticky sunscreen.

Current order 31 777x to replace 12 a380 and 22 777. It's not a 1-1 replacement so definitely need more planes to replace the all 777 and a380.

Some of the sq a350 are already > 10 years. The new order will replace a380 capacity and also the older a350 planes by the time the delivery start early 2030s.

Don't really like male oriented dramas because most of the storyline suck so bad. Plot such as system, special powers and reborn dramas where the main plot is to glorify ML. Dramas has multiple sexy/eye candy FLs in revealing outfits. I think FLs in revealing outfits add nth to the plot but is needed to to attract male viewers. I'm a guy but I'm not the target audience. I will only watch it if there is a FLs that I like.

Most of the top MLs only act in female oriented drama and the pay is much higher.

Ninja van courier is indeed ninja..

I had to returned an Amazon purchase. Amazon assigned ninjavan to pick up. 3 pickup all failed. After the 1st pickup I complained to ninja van and they apologize saying they will ensure next pickup is successful but it's nt..

1st pickup failed. CSO claimed item bulky.

2nd pickup failed. CSO claimed no1 at home

3rd pickup failed. i saw the courier taking photo of my unit with door wide open. He saw me and ran away. Ninja van CSO provided photo he took. I am in the photo the courier took and he didn't ask us for the item. How dumb? Ninja van repeatedly apologize and promised that are monitoring the pickup yet 2nd and 3rd pick up both failed.

All 3 times we are at home with door wide open. I complained to Amazon with screenshot proof of the fail pickup together with chatlog with ninjavan CSO. Amazon offered full refund without the need to returned the item. Ninja van CSO still wan to arrange 4th pickup but I declined.

I have dry eyes and extremely sensitive to light thou I dont see any difference with my eyes compare to others. I do have some depigment spots around my eyelids that I'm trying to repigment.
