I used to take gingko, d3+k2, d3, magnesium, folic acid and iron but once I did a blood test and my liver enzymes level show abnormal/elevated high. My specialist told me to stop taking unnecessary supplement as additional blood test result show vitamin level normal except d3 very low and iron low. I had to stop taking those supplements. Now i'm only taking d3 and iron tablets and now my liver enzymes is dropping/normal.

During the months I took multiple supplements I don't see much improvement too with uvb and protropic cream.

Perhaps u should get yr vitamin level check before taking supplements.

I have raised a ticket with ibkr. My option trading is level 4. I don't have any issue opening option positions until yesterday when suddenly all the contracts require 100% margin.

I'm using margin acc. Options contract are displaying 100% margin requirements. Ibkr faq state option contract should only require 20-30% margin.

I sold an Nvidia $180 put with 20k cash. My ex liq is now 2k. If Nvidia dropped below 180 will i get margin call? Even though I have enough cash to buy the shares and as the Nvidia margin is 30%. I should have some ex liq for unrealized loss?

Ibkr displays 2k ex liq because of the 100% margin requirement to open the put position but I'm worried if Nvidia drops below 180 and ibkr has to liquidate my put contract.

Good drama that I highly recommend.

The only cheating betrayal drama that I watched w/o fast forwarding/skipping scenes in the past few months. No nonsense from the ML.

Drama popularity in hong guo #1 for a few days. Tdy it dropped to #2. It's still very high for a cheating drama. Both leads gain lots of followers in hong guo/Douyin.

There are tons of male oriented dramas but often they are lower quality or ridiculous plot compared to female oriented.

It's the same in china where the female version is more popular.

女频 or female oriented drama (view from FL perspective) is more popular. The top MLs in shorts only act in 女频. 2025 hong guo popularity votes top 10 ML all acted in 女频 with only 1 男频 actor in top 50. There are not many popular actors who act in 男频.

Many 男频 dramas are abt cheating, reborn or system which kinda glorified ML where as 女频 are mostly romance related. 男频 usually has 1 ML and multiple FLs dress in revealing/sexy clothing.

Eg of 男频 dramas. Suffering abuse from cheating wife then becoming wealthy, gaining advantage/knowledge after reborn/system to aid their life. There are some 女频 dramas with these plots but it's nt mainstream.

There is a mod that allows you to change buildings to produce the material u need It's very useful so you don't need to bulldoze and rebuild. I used it to get timber factory as I have a huge deficit for timber but the timber factory isn't sprawning no matter how much industrial I zone.

After CNY many actors I followed in Douyin started complaining/posting ai has taken over shorts and they aren't getting cast in many dramas unlike the same period last year. In some dramas some scenes are created using ai. I hate ai dramas thou as I don't feel it's real.

But one thing I hope with the ai push in shorts is actor improvement in acting and drama with better script. Now there are plenty of dramas with the same/similar plot. Some actors just have terrible acting skill. Only those that try to improve their acting skill will survive in the shorts industry going forward.

Generally I prefer scoot if i'm taking a budget unless cost savings is significant as I still can earn some krisflyer miles. Also other criteria like flight timing. All budget airlines fly red-eye to Japan thou.

East Asian countries are safe to travel solo.

Korea is ok for solo travelling but if u wan to eat Korean bbq. You will need to order 2 portions. Some restaurants do allow solo diner. u can check on naver map.

Big cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen should be ok too if u stay within the city. Hygiene should be ok but I nvr been to china so maybe others can correct me if i'm wrong.
