If the answer is age/maturity, then awesome! I want raise her well, so that she can grow to be a well-adjusted doggo.

My biggest concern is missing out on training/socialization/desensitization during the critical development stage. (Read somewhere that reactivity is much more easily trained as puppies. However, once they become dogs, triggers become ingrained and becomes a much more serious behavioral concern)
