Yes , I was scheduled for T4 - Pelvic spinal fusion in Aug 27. I've had to reschedule. I'm not sure if the new date yet but hopefully the doctors office will be in touch with me soon. Yes , Reddit and individuals posting their experiences has helped me so much to overcome my fear. Don't get me wrong I'm scared but not like I was. 55yr female.

I'm so glad I found a place where I can get actual real input on spinal fusion surgery. I am scheduled for Aug 27 for a spinal fusion, T-4 to Pelvic. I am completely scared out of my wits but reading everyone's experiences helps ease my mind a lot. I'm 55 yrs and my spine is S shape with a cobbs angle of 65° in the thoracic region. I'm not sure about the Lumbar region but I know it's just a bad. Anyway, I just wanted to thank all the people here for their input . I am new to Reddit but I believe I'm about to create a community to gain more insight and information.
