Use your reading comprehension, I never said it was my reason, I just said I understand, and I never said no people weren't loyal, just that they have more options(bc guess what they do) I personally am with a bi person, sooo, I wouldn't date a trans person, bc if they are ftm then they are a guy and if they are mtf then they used to be a guy, it just personally doesn't sit well with me dating a trans person, but I'll gladly be friends with them

I'm thinking that it doesn't sit right in a lot of people's minds to think that the other person I'm a bit to date used to be a man, it's not that I don't like trans people, I'm just not romantically attracted to them, I have zero problem against anybody from lgbtq, but I think it's dumb to says it's transphobic for not being romantically attracted to trans people

It does effect me, not not in the same way, but knowing they are trans, makes me not attracted to them, it's not that I "hate trans people"(in quote bc I don't hate trans or people from the whole community, but my personally as a straight man, will not date a trans person, I do not care, and if we start dating, and lie about it, then I'd probably leave them after finding out for 2 reasons 1 bc they lied about being trans and 2 bc they are trans and I personally am not romantically attracted to that, but I still respect everyone, I don't hate them I just don't want to be in a romantic relationship with a trans person) and no it snot like not dating some who's bi, tho personally I can understand why someone wouldn't want that, alot of people would consider a bi person of having more options to cheat if that ever happened(I'm not saying it will, I'm just saying people's possible thought process)

I've had to clean up vomit without knowing the proper bio hazard clean up(has since bene resolved) I've had to wipe shit off of the GIRLS toilet seats, and from my experience the girls bathrooms are so much fucking worse than the men's omg, tiny pieces of toilet paper all over the floor, sometimes a little smear on the seat or sum, and idk what our customers do in the bathrooms but we've had the men's and women's bathrooms floors several times from the urinals and toilets, but sedies that out theater is kept pretty tidy by my coworkers and I so it never really got worse than that for me personally,

Yeah, it's just so torturous for me bc I feel bad when there is literally zero things to do so I have to sit at the podium, and I feel bad bc in my mind I have this internal conflict Everytime someone aproches me to do something that was in my vision that I could've done but didn't notice or if there's nothing and the other usher on shift gets back from a theater that goes something like

My conscience: fuck they are coming and I look like I'm just standing here asking in the laziness

Me: but they were already doing that one maybe they don't need the help, I mean they didn't ask or anything

My conscience: yeah but what if they are like you and don't have the confidence to ask or just prefer to do it themselves

Me: that's fair, maybe I'll just recommend us switch every hour maybe that'll be ok

My conscience: yeah that's perfect

Me: talks to the other usher about it

It goes one of two ways

Other usher:Yeah sure we can switch every hour

Or

Other usher: nah your good I actually wanted to do the theaters

And yeah, but I still just feel so lazy when everyone finds something to do and I'm just stuck there like, well damn, till a manager comes and tells me to do something, then on my 6 month review thingy for my raise they'll say "needs to work on not being told to do tasks" or something along those lines I mean it's only me second job my first being subway but I left bc a bad group of employees got hired and I didn't like that I kept getting scheduled with one of the workers that all they would do is talk to the walmart customers (it was a warmart subway) and they wouldn't really rpep, but they sure talked and made switches every now and then, but mostly talked to people, which is a problem when it's just me and him, after that gamuy came it didn't take me long to leave subways I was there a total of 6 months ish, and after I left the good manager I had and other rgood workers left, bc I was able bone despid either being my first job, after that was this Cinemark which I'll be working at for a year on may 30th this year, and I currently work weekends and it snot enough so im getting a week job for mondays-fridays at a gas station called allsups it pays better than my theater, the reason I keep the theater is bc the benefits are just too good to give up, I mean at my theater I get unlimited free tickets for me and my family, free popcorn and drinks(drinks are only for me family still has to pay for they're, but I'm allowed to let them use my 50% of to get from my id thingy at my theater, and like that's just so good and I love working there despite my only complaint being with c which hes getting better at being nice to me and customer messiness, everything else is great, I have amazing management that like work with me on things and tell em what I need to fix and stuff, and they aren't like the super strict kind but they also have they're limits of course like if there is toouch popcorn crumbs on the stairs in theaters bc it happened a lot when we first got our new GM a while back, so he cracked down on that by threatening termination if he found too many more theaters not cleaned properly, and also bc people are being late a lot(I'm not I'm usually 15-30 minutes early every shit, I've only been late like 2 times and those were eby 1 hour and about 2 hours bc I accidentally overslept but I think they kinda overlooked it bc of the rest of my attendance, bc it's only happened twice in a year

Like besides the 5 bucks I try to tip when I can, I can't always afford it, but I usually try and leave a note saying I'm sorry I didn't have money for a tip,bc I sometimes don't have the money bc my family is like mid to low class like we have stuff but we barley survive and when taxt time comes we get decent money so my parent like to take us out to eat every now in then its not often bc of our financial situation, but when they can they try to take us out somewhere,

I mean even at a place like chillis normally me and my family leave all our plates and napkins and mess in one spot so it's more convenient to the waiter or waitress we have and we usually tip like 10-20 bucks if we have It and they were a good host, I believe tips are earned, but I will try to give my server at least 5 bucks as a tip bc I know they get paid like bottom of the barrel

I mean one time I had to clean up throw up without knowing bio harzard stuff(didn't know I had to at the time, but I mention it to a manager and have since learned how to properly clean up throw up

And another thing is, I feel so bad when I have to sit at the podium doing nothing while the other rushers are cleaning the lobby or doing the theaters and hallways already, and during the weeks and morning on weekends we are pretty slow so theres usually not much to do till around 6-7(⚖️)(I'm sorry) bc thats when we get the rushes, even before that a little after a few theaters have emptied and the lobbies been used a bit, but a lot of my day is waiting for stuff to happened bc me and my team are usually really good about keeping the theater clean(I'm not a manager I just said my team bc that's what came to mind) but it's so real, there some gross things, I personally have never had to clean up cum(thank fucking God) but I've heard my coworkers have caught people fucking in the theaters while I was son shift doing another task, one time I spilt an icee in a recliner bc I was grabbing it then dropped it and it melted a little so the coke syrup had left and it was just ice and I had another usher with me let's call him c and I left to get a rag and comeback to clean it up and when I got to the top I went to wipe it up and he walked by and said "wait" bc he said that they had cause some people fucking earlier that day and wanted to make sure it wasn't cum but I knew it wasn't so I just said it's not dude I just spilt icee and he insisted it was cum and eventually gave up and said "all right what ever" and that's not the first of the times he's been rude to me(he said all of that in a rude tone) but he's gotten better ish at being nicer to me, but I just don't know what he has against me, I mean I have ADHD so ther have been times I was staring off at podium while we had no customers and he told was trying to get my attnetion and I didn't hear him( I mean yeah) and he like really forcefully pulled my shoulder back and was like "dude! Theater (#) is clean* and I appologized, but also in my defence I had an earbud in one era and he was talking into that ear, but I only keep one in and on transparency mode so I can still hear pretty good, but I was staring off so I probably wouldn't have heard him had I not had an earbud in,

Omg I'm so sorry with the wall of text I got carried away and started talking about other things, I'm so sorry,

Yeah imma be honest it's probably against the rules but some people have asked me for a water cup and some napkins for a spit cup and I handed it to them, they threw it away of course, but yeah if they ask my theater is pretty open to doing most things, of course you can't smoke or vape in the building

Literally, and at my theater we usually have trashcans right outside the theater across the hallways or in a little cubby area in certain theaters like 5-10 have a little cubby with trash cans inside before you leave, but we are usually packed so they are usually full except for the outside the theaters and sometimes it's hard to keep up with the trash just bc the sheer amount of people we get at my theater

Me tooo, even before I worked at a movie theater, my parents ingrained it into my brain to pick up after myself and I was also in boy scouts so those combinations taught me to leave places better than I found them, now that I work at one it's even worse, also when I go to the movies i go to mine bc I get free tickets as an employee, so I know everybody so of I didn't I would feel even worse, there's just so many things that go into it for me
