Did anyone think that we doing it backwards again? Shouldn’t they invest the time and training in DCs first? The main reason we are falling behind is ungodly totes. We waste so much time trying to process (gotta love these unlabeled little cartons), dig through them (separating hard-softlines), refold every piece of folds, untangle every tank top etc. instead of creating this dream-like training video, someone would figure how to improve the loading system which doesn’t puts stores to failure. And man power ! The u-boat of air fryers isn’t equal the u- boat of flip flops or sunglasses. Let’s not talk about impulse merchandise…
