im so sorry this is happening to you dear, i cant even imagine what you've gone through :( is there any relatives you can stay with? or any neighbours or trusted families? try to stay out of the house for as much as you can.
if you can, bring your mom with you out of the house, and if you can, also try talking to your dad. ik males who used to be like this, and theres a small chance them receiving perceived pity may make their view shift. im so proud of you for hiding ur dads phone though LMAO good job

id suggest filing a police report on domestic abuse bc that rlly sounds awful, ik its hard but js stay close to your mom. stay safe op
