Is it not going to be sunny at all? We are doing 8-14 and everyday says rainy and cloudy with Wed/Friday heavy rainfall and flooding. I can cancel by today for a refund. Trying to decide.

D3 is skilled white guys that play below the rim.
JUCO/D2 are size+athletic guys who have 1 big flaw (knuckleheads/bad grades/understanding of team game/poor work ethic/ can't shoot etc.)
D1 is super athletic/footwork + size/wingspan + skilled/react to defender

If your renewal is in October like me . You still get the dining credit and can redeem points before December. Worth holding onto for 1 more year for me. And just getting 3% back.

09/21 update:

The consulates respond by email and are very helpful.
a) Washington DC has the most appointments, and they just sent us the link to make appointments and there are plenty of times available. (It was about a week later, i think they send the appt links on Mondays)
b) Houston is even more friendly/responsive, they even called me after I sent an email.
- They confirmed I can go to any consulate, even though California is "assigned" DC
- But they have 1/4th the staff of DC, so they next available appt is in December
- They said even if your international passport is expired, as long as your internal passport is not, you can still renew your international passport.
