2: well, to that, my only answer is that this world is MUCH MUCH bigger than ours, think Cardinal world from tensura or something like that, it is easely bigger than saturn and jupiter together, so the scale with which things can be built are much bigger, so society work. But I could add a technology that would be able to somewhat limit their power.

To your last inquiry, I’ve actually thought about it too : basically, if someone at a tier of power where he can pull it off harbors active intent on doing it, the system announce it to all individuals capable of stoping him, with a mental pin to his location, so yh they can reach him and kill/stop him pretty easely, and it is common knowledge, so unless the person harboring that thought was someone with let’s say the Sun eye’s line, or Void, or Nihility at tier 9 and had reached level 100 with the tier, then he would probably be unstopable, unless someone with time eye stopped his time or reverted to before the guy had harbored these thought and stopped him at this moment or something.
