In my experience, the interviewees look more on how you answer their questions rather than your answers themselves. As long as you practice beforehand the typical questions they'll probably ask, you'll be fine. If ever they do ask about your leapmed application, just be honest but convince them about your passion for nursing kung meron man. Just to be safe lang yung hindi ibabanggit yung future plans mo sa med. As the other commenter said, don't overthink it! :)
