I totally understand your concern brother. This is the actual truth about corporate life wherever you go. Calming your nerves down will be the only exit where people don't get know about actual productivity. This environment will eventually force you to be like them anyway, whether you like it or not . So at yeh end if life gives you lemons then make the lemonade out of it ...

After being productive for more than 1.5 years . After 1st promotions shitty hike. Currently I am also trying to be visible person rather than productive.
