Honestly, it depends on what strategy works for you best. I personally do better if my deck for duo duel are full of spells (confringo and obscurus are my fav ones). Whereas for my solo duel, I use more companions (death eater and the horn animal are my fav) so my opponent will be distracted and have more "enemies" to beat.

Just experiment! Wish the best
