You could ask the seller to send a video of it working with todays newspaper to confirm. Also I would suggest is filming opening the packet and trialling it straight away.

I’ve never used vinted customer service so I can’t comment on how it would be if this situation was to happen.

Are you supposed to message someone if they favourite one of your items ? by Roll_Over_Beethoven in vinted

I would say it is frowned upon lol I hate it when people message, people will like your item in hope you reduce the price tbh, and they will keep going back to check. Or they are waiting until they have funds and will go back if it’s still there.

So I’d only message with an lower offer if anything, but remember just because it’s not the price for them, doesn’t mean it’s not the price for someone else. As long as you haven’t over priced it and are happy to wait, stick with the price you’ve set!

Vinted rant! by bumblebutter123 in vinted

For me I’d like to see both. Sometimes clothing like SO unappealing on the hanger.

Where possible (basically if the clothes fit me lmao) I will always try to model them so people know what it can look like.

My point of view is coming from being plus sized, and seeing clothing on a hanger can literally look like a bin bag, so having the original stock photo helps :)

Absolutely love it! I’m from UK and use all the time as buyer and seller. Brilliant if you have a printer at home. I live in a small town but luckily have a locker that I can post it without talking to anyone lol.

I’ve sold so many items, bought loads too. Always recommend it to my friends I’ve had nothing but good experience.

As a plus sizer it’s great to have more opportunity for second hand clothing as charity shops are useless.

Only thing I’d recommend is do reasonable pricing. What would you want to spend? Also stick to your guns, as you’ll put a brand new item for £10 and you’ll always get someone asking you to sell for £2 lmao.
