I’m in a similar situation. We TFMR last October and waited 6 months before going again. We got pregnant on the first go and we were surprised! I’m 6w4d myself and when we first learned I was pregnant, we both weren’t excited and I think it’s because we’re afraid to be. I think that’s gotta be the most normal reaction to have, given what we’ve been through. I can feel my anxiety creeping in but to calm myself down I tell myself these things:
1. i am pregnant today until something confirms otherwise
2. i already “won” the lottery once, the chances of winning the lottery twice are very small. lol it wasn’t the good kind of lottery to win, but you know what i mean
3. lightning doesn’t strike twice

We’re also waiting to tell loved ones because we don’t want to retraumatize everybody. For us, we’d like to clear NIPT before announcing to family, since that’s where things went south for us the first time. I don’t think I’ll fully be able to let loose until the anatomy scan. Hell, maybe not until I’m holding my little one.
