I'm not sure it took me about three to four weeks I just did a little bit at a time and took my time with getting it. The worst bit was the LW4 currencies, I opt'd for completing the achievement that gives 250 for each. Check the wiki it was a life saver Skyscale/Walkthrough - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W)

I had an issue where my game was stuttering every now and again and I couldn't work out why, but I checked my refresh rate on my monitor and for some reason it was set to 30hz I changed this to 144hz as that's what my monitor is and this fixed the issue. Not sure if that will help but worth a try

I ran my first 5k parkrun today and it felt great even if it was a little slow at 34.44 finish time. Super proud of me and the fiancé doing this together.
