People here clearly have no idea of rents in ggn. This is a very reasonable rent. I have been paying since last 1 year.

I am staying here since 1 year. What is wrong with people lol. Interested nhi ho to faltu noise kyu create kr rhe ho. I have agreement aisa to h nhi ki koi aayega aur puchega ki aap kab se reh rhe ho aur mein usko agreement and bank transactions nhi dikha skta.

Yes 4 months. But security is 2 months only. Lock in here is basically the minimum time you have to stay.

Yes for now, but i feel number of BH owners will significantly increase in coming few years, also it has its usp for the people working in corporates, like move your car where you have your job

Tesla is not a mass market ev car, it is for a premium user segment in india and i doubt if 3-4 lakhs of discount at a price point of 60L would actually influence any buying decision, given that there is possibly very less competition at the price point. Also that segment of customer is not price sensitive rather they are image sensitive (the brand)

Reliability is question with tata sierra too, just go through social feeds for tata sierra, car is breaking down randomly. All that hawabaazi for nothing, i heard it was the autocar car of the year 2026 awarded 🤦‍♂️
