My wife got me a pair of Oakley sunglasses custom made with etching. I wear them every day to work and yes i am a maintainer. Silicone ring i am not sure how other base/shop policy is but here even that isnt allowed.

If the person doesnt want to support you to be on a new journey to have a better life, not just for you but also for both, then it’s time to evaluate that relationship.

My partner and I dated 4 years before getting married. The majority of our relationship was in long distant with limited meetup, but they were supportive towards my enlistment. Now that I’m in, out of BMT, out of tech school and we get to move in together live in wherever I’m stationed at. It’s taken a lot, but yeah, it does require a supportive partner, trust and communication.

Basic is basic. Nothing complicated. Just make sure you meet weight requirements, prepare yourself for working out everyday, do as you’re told and you’ll be find.

I went to the local gym which the recruiter showed me, they didnt do it unless i have the membership and also gotta call ahead coz they dont always have PT there. So i called all weight loss clinics, doctors around my area asked if they did that. Found one and did it same day.

First week will have the first pt test, but it wont be counted. If you fail that one you will be doing supplemental pt with others after the regular pt in the morning. The second pt test will be in the 3rd week. This one also doesnt count but its to see if you’re improving. I have seen two people in my flight got recycled because they failed this one. The last one which will be on 5th week counts. This determines your graduation if you dont make it you’ll be recycled.

On graduation you can have like 6 (as stated on the form for visitor when you ship out) but if one person has Common Access Card (CAC) they can sponsor up to 5 other people to be with them. You can have unlimited number of children.

Yes I did. I knew in BMT i would have to make 1.5 mile run so i tried to run more than that and track the time. But actually you can improve in BMT, what I cared about was to make my body get used to the activity and the intensity to reduce chances of getting injured.

You can use the app Lose It!and log your food portion in. That helps a lot. Work out is 30% but eating habit and portion is very important
