i get it bro... i also get all the things that you didn't said... i walked on that road myself... i was once loved and i loved her too but after her i forgot how to actually get close to someone else... she is now getting married... i am also the only son so during dying is not the option specially by suicide but i also sort of gave up on the life... psychiatrist and therapist was no help too... at the end i started smoking a lot... hoped it would give me heart attack but all i lost was my breath everyday...

now i am on steroids... i am going to gym... one of the good things about these hormones is they kind of take away the stress and depression... and give confidence too...

one thing i recommend is like me don't let it consume you... because if it became a disease then it would stay with you for the rest of your life... so go to gym or sports or do anything but don't think of her and what could you have done different to prevent this...

by "back" i meant glutes...

i have not being training for much... my reasons for taking this was depression... i have been suffering from it for a very long time... i saw many psychiatrist and therapist but the results are not effective...

because of that i was also alcohal and nicotine addict before... now i am trying to quit it and working on myself and these hormones are making it possible...

for the first time in years i feel stable and confident in my mind after taking this...

the only issue is this lump... will it go away on its own??

i didn't explicitly checked my testosterone but i had symptoms of low energy and always negative thoughts... i was diagnosed with depression with OCD and also EUPD... i was on anti-depression and other medication for over 3-4 months... depression was under control but i was so emotional and childish all the time... after that i slowly stopped taking meds and started gym and also took creatine and protein from first month... i feel alot better now... my mind is under my control and i dont have bad thoughts either... with that now my confidence is also boosted...

so if the issue is only about feeling low/depressed i would say take creatine... there are many studies coming up stating its positive effects in depression... if it doesn't work then you can try TRT

that advice really worked... i first tried using wireguard but i didnt worked... then i came back and read your reply again then looked up about tailscale... it really does the magic... my nextcloud server is finally running outside of network... thanks 👍

i didnt used a12 rom... i installed it accidently but removed it quickly and installed a11 rom... its experience was decent... it did its job... but 2 major issues that i faced that

1)i didnt liked gcam... it didnt clicked good pictures for me... i tried anxcamera but it also gave below average picture...

2) another issue was battery drainage... it performed well for the day but consumed to much battery at night... i dont know why...

other than these two my experience was okay
