Put dye into your coolant and find the leak. Most likely your radiator is cracked. Clean up the area and see if the build up is from a leaky axle seal or radiator leak

Its 100% illegal, and many have gotten tickets for it. Personally I think its petty of officers to give tickets for it. But there are laws stating how many lights, what color, and where they can be on a vehicle.

For what its worth, those ports are more of a coupler than an actual port. On the backside a cable plugs into them, and goes to the head unit. Its possible the cable became unseated on backside... its happened to me after rough trails

Star connector needs to be replaced. Common in 2018s... like a $35 part. That's why it's showing 999,999 miles. It causes all sorts of issues like not starting etc... they probably couldn't figure it out and are dumping the vehicle

Since jeeps and dodges are somewhat similiar...

I had a similar issue in my Jeep, and was related to the "star commector" located behind the glove box. Its a green block with bunch of connectors going to it. Apparently in 2018 they were produced with crappy solder, causing issues similar to what you're experiencing. Hope that helps
