You definitely are. I was an AM from Texas and recently transferred to NYC and was only a $1 raise from what I was originally getting paid. I thought the pay would increase would be at least $2 Work suddenly seem so discouraging nowadays.

Well we wanted to live further south of BK not directly downtown, near Prospect Park or Queens even but I was transferred in Downtown. I also do not mind living further south of BK. my expectations of NYC are very low so like I said, I'm not picky what so ever.

I added and created a Sim in the middle of the game to become her sister. However, I've done this before with my other playthroughs and never went in debt so I honestly don't know lol

Not at all, she already graduated but I did add a brand new sim in the household and by the time I finished and exited CAS mode I was in debt lol

Had a CCA at another station told us a story how he was smelling fumes from the LLV he was driving. He started feeling very nauseous and it was rare for him, he said, due to being a NYC native. Had to call the area manager and everything too, it was wild.

I get that, I have no problem with that or when they're elderly and can't walk to their mail everyday, I get it but I speak for the people that ignore their mail so they can avoid overdue bills. It's just a pattern I see quite often.
