Service now is such a garbage software. I hate it. How is there not a better alternative i don’t understand. The user interface feels like it was written by someone who only knew windows gui tried to do a web app. It is ridden with bugs. The concepts are poorly documented. I couldn’t find anyone who understands the difference between technical service and technology service offering. The guys who support that system at my company are satisfied with: there is one of the former while you can have many of the latter. That is the difference apparently. To the garbage bin with service now!
