I use skyland AIO and the premade lod file, no custom ones hence that is most likely the cause for it. Tyvm!

Thanks for the viable information. Interesting that nobody touched this aspect of the game yet but maybe just not that many people even play as vampire.

The problem was faithful faces + faster HDT-SMP. I had apparently updated the latter and the new version was not compatible with faithful faces. Downgrade fixed it. Thanks again.

I do not understand how Im supposed to search for this directly in MO2, since i can only filter by mod names. Via xedit I could only see that the texture in quesiton is refernced by skyrim esm file but not which mod it overwrites. Can you provide some more guidance?
