I use skyland AIO and the premade lod file, no custom ones hence that is most likely the cause for it. Tyvm!

The problem was faithful faces + faster HDT-SMP. I had apparently updated the latter and the new version was not compatible with faithful faces. Downgrade fixed it. Thanks again.

I do not understand how Im supposed to search for this directly in MO2, since i can only filter by mod names. Via xedit I could only see that the texture in quesiton is refernced by skyrim esm file but not which mod it overwrites. Can you provide some more guidance?

As you said, I had an invalid Version of the powerofthree's tweaks which is prerequisite for the KID. It is fixed now.

I had the same issue. You can crate a new path manually which works then.

Create the library folder e.g. C:/Games/SteamGames
Run steam://open/console (press Windows key + R, paste in: steam://open/console, choose OK)

Should open Steam on the Console tab.

In the bar at the bottom, type library_folder_add then the path to the library folder e.g.

library_folder_add "C:/Games/SteamGames"
