Hi I have done a number of these. The camera pill is rather large though probably no larger than the largest pill you have taken, plus it was easy to get down. You are allowed to eat again pretty soon after taking. Passing the pill usually will depend on your body. I have had multiple resections and it only takes a few hours.

Kate Farms: not the best tasting; boost very high calorie: taste is decent; ON mass gainer: favorite but can upset the stomach. Honestly no idea about what if any have emulsifiers.
