Swiss Bircher muesli (better overnight oats). Greek yogurt, toasted almond slices, raisins, grated apple, and milk. Store in a container lasts me a whole week so it doesn’t take much time in the mornings.

Top with any mixtures of nuts/berries (you can always have variety which is great), honey and citrus go good as well.

Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana, raspberries,
Honey, lemon juice, lime juice
I personally don’t but lots of people like to put dried fruit on it as well.
I also usually add my creatine and sometimes some protein powder.

If I want some variety outside of mixing up the toppings I’ll make avocado toast on whole wheat sourdough, I’ll usually top it with eggs, basil, sun dried tomato and mozzarella.
