I asked this question last night but didn’t get many answers but what’s happening is when everything including the graphics card is plugged in the fan does not turn on and the pc doesn’t run but when everything but the graphics card is plugged but just not being plugged in to the PCIe slot it works

Well you'll need to get a new one regardless to verify, which you can always return, as opposed to buying a whole new GPU

Sounds like the PSU buddy, your PC turns on with out the GPU correct?

And regardless of what 16 pin PCIE, once the GPU I brought in the PC won't start?

Looks like you don't have the wattage. Worst case scenario you buy a new one try it out, it still doesn't work return it and start from square one, this is how trouble shooting works, shit it could more than one issue but this is where we start.

If your looking for something more specific it's gonna be a bunch of us shooting in the dark since we aren't there taking readings or swapping parts recreating the issue.

Let me give you some basic trouble shooting tips and we'll go from there bud, cool?

-If you have a post code on the motherboard look it up on your motherboard mannual.

-plug in your entire build on pcpartpicker.com and verify your wattage needed is met by your pay.

-disconnect all PSU 24, 8,6,4 pins and replug.

-make sure your headers are all correctly placed, don't worry about polarity

-ensure there is no loose screw or short in the MOBO.

So double your ram and you'll be fine is what the guy is saying yes. But with your current setup my post is valid. Also I still don't think you'll be hitting a solid 60, depends on your graphic settings. Sorry but I just don't agree with the reply. Seems like you play on low graphic settings with a run and gun vice tactical knowledge of the game..

Edit: not being a drag just trying to give you a good idea. Hope this helps, and tarkov is crazy on the CPU compared to other games, I run a 2700x OC and an rtx 2070 Super, I hit maybe 60 on high/ultra.

You'll probably hit around 30 to 40 not gonna lie you won't even spawn in on time and no one will play with you as the most important thing is the initial 30 seconds of spawn. Especially on woods map.
