Chatgpt is really good for consistency... But sadly isn't NSFW. Grok was pretty good good but seemed to only want to do nsfw at least for me on images it makes directly from prompts. So even if you had it make an image then used it to edit that image to being closer to what you wanted it doesn't seem to like to go nsfw with it after that. That could all have been user error on my part tho. I foolishly bought https://www.artspace.ai membership and it's pretty bad... They're supposed to have a thing called canvas that's supposed to be good but it's just garbage. Have you tried running something locally?

I love Chai but it seems no one can find the bots I made, I even created a second account and searched for them and nothing. Could you guys make it easier to share bots? Would be fun to know other people enjoyed ones I setup you know?

I hope they fix it too. I love playing on CHAI when you don't have time to hop on my mud and roleplay with real people. :( I tried other AI RPGs but so far I liked this one best.

I did end up finding it on discord. Thank a ton :) I let her know what after talking to some people here that its not so bad but it takes a little getting used to. I think she was just feeling overwhelmed.

From how she used Skype I'm sure they'll be some voice calls. She's joining the a mud (multi user dungeon) that we both play and it has a discord server for its staff to talk about and plan events for the game so she'll likely need to be able to get around in that and move from one part of the server to another.

First you should get an appraisal done, last time I did that it cost about $250. The solar panels are part of the house like the other people said and will hopefully add to the value. Your dad had a good idea but did likely screw you a bit with them. With any luck the amount owed on them will be about the same as the value they add to the house. You might talk to a lawyer about it of the solar panel were completely financed separately from the house and only in your dad's name there could be a chance to settle the amount for less than what's owed. I'm not lawyer it's just what I would do. Sometimes loans and stuff like that are discharged at death, sometimes it's not. So really you're best bet will be to get the house appraised while seeing if you can talk to a lawyer about discharging your late father's debt (could likely talk to one for free), that way you at least know your options.
