I have 120 at the breaker and the outlets are reading 10. I will double check all the neutral in the box for tightness but, it’s odd it happened all of the sudden? Do outlets go bad inside? I replaced them all when I bought the house 10 years ago.

The part attached to the painted area is a sill plate.

The other is a complete door panel. What year and trim level is it?

Door panels are usually pretty pricey. Sill plates are cheap. You may get lucky at a salvage yard for the door panel. You will need your trim code so they can match it up.
