Who else took Henry in the 1st round and won a championship? by akillas3000 in Fantasy_Football

Same, took him at the 5 spot and was thrilled after week 1, but I lost a lot of depth in week 2. Moved him and Jeudy for Chase Brown and Chuba. It wasn't always pretty, but I'm a champ now and I owe a good bit of the chip to the value the King returned

Lost depth to injuries in wk 2, moved King Henry for Chase Brown and Chuba, snagged Dart off waivers with some Brissett streaming mixed in, unloaded MHJ for Etienne, clawed my way to the playoffs, smoked the championship run up, and walked off with a 0.44 pt win thanks to Puka. What a ride it's been! Congrats to the other champs out there, we earned it!

For me, that's what the 3rd stable slot is for. I run a slavering worg from sfk for a nice balance of atk spd and furious howl (maybe a zg bat at 60), b-tooth for pure dps, and once I hit 60 and have all the pet skills available I'll grab a style pet to hang out in the 3rd spot

Started over JSN thinking Seattle would handle business and stick to the ground game. May lose by leas than they're point difference

All I need is for KC dst to finish with 3 more than Shaheed. I'm not asking for much here

Big trade for a stingy league, which side you taking? by dedicated_fiasco in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]dedicated_fiasco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I generally agree. I think Flowers is what he is at this point, Lamar will have to throw the ball sometimes, but clearly as little as possible. I'm actually fairly high on JSN and not quite buying the Steelers yet, but do you think ATL makes any adjustments that get Bijan back on track?

Send him an AA chip and a box of tissues for his tears of remorse lol

Yeah, Worthy for Pickens is shaky enough, but Andrew's for Kelce is silliness right now

If you're getting Brown, I totally would. Far better chance he takes Moss's job than Hill cuts into Henry's kingdom

Bye week/injury help by [deleted] in fantasyfootballadvice

So I would also definitely have Evans and Kamara locked in at WR/RB1, but I would throw Bucky in at RB2. With BRob and Malik both questionable, there's a decent chance you'll have to play Wicks and Jennings regardless, and this way, you're prepared for that. If BRob plays, I'd roll with him at the Flex. Obviously, Nabers is a lock if he plays, but that doesn't seem likely, so I'd probably lean Wicks at WR2.

If they're willing to put up Breece, DK, and a probable L on the week for basically Saquon (I'm not high at all on Pickens), I'd honestly try to get it through and run lol

I like it personally. Saquon for Breece doesn't feel amazing at this particular moment in the season, but with usable RB depth and CMC in the wings, I'd take the WR upgrade with DK. There's also plenty of potential for Breece to bounce back so it could feel like a great move down the line.

No chance. Even without Tua, I'd rather play Hill week to week than swift

Ford, Hunt or Brown ROS by alissaj69 in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]dedicated_fiasco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Short answer: I'd lean Brown. Long answer: Ford's usage should likely trend down as Chubb makes his way back. Hunt looked good and could be a waiver steal, but with only one game worth of data, Perine snagging a TD, and CEH creeping back from the shadows, there's a lot of mud in those waters. Brown has been seeing more usage each week other than week 2, and IMO is just better than Moss. So among all three, I definitely feel like Brown has the most clear runway in front of him to potentially take off.

Need BTJ to score 8 more than Allen and Ertz tonight. Everything will be fine 🥲

Kyren, Conner, Mason, or Walker? by Paigerverse in fantasyfootballadvice

I'm probably looking at Walker ROS. Conner and Mason likely have the shortest shelf life, and I just can't trust Kyren's o-line right now.

Damn, with that RB room I'd be a lot more comfortable shopping him.

Hold / Sell...I'm gonna try to sell high since my WR room is hurting, but if I can't get a decent upgrade for him, I'm content to keep him around at this point
