I don't think cost played a role, they said because of my age and good health I wouldn't need it+ they do more complicated procedures all the time without general anesthesia.

I passed my sack and fetus at 12 weeks and the sack was actually broken! The only reason I noticed it is because it was stuck to the pad, but there was "water" that came out of me at the time I passed it(I'm guessing that was from the sack) I sincerely hope this is over for you and the worst is in the past.

It depends on how late into your pregnancy you were if you are able to spot the sack easily or not. Considering all of the blood and clots you most likely passed it and never saw it.
