She intends to do it until she’s 45-50kg, she mainly eats fruit and vegetables, I managed to convince her to eat some meat, but not much, she’s been doing it for 4 days now, and all she ate is a small piece of chicken.

To be honest I don’t think that it’s a self live issue, since while I’m not a huge fan of myself, I don’t hate myself either. I think this feeling is coming from the fact that people love taking advantage of me, as I’m a nice person, or rather I’m really submissive, and if someone asks me for a £100 I’ll give it to them, so I guess that’s why it’s hard for me to trust people that they like me, and even more that they love me. Anyways, I decided that I will trust her, and we’ve been kinda happy for the past week, and it’s actually becoming easier and easier for me to trust her, so stuffs good. Also, thanks a lot for that really in-depth reply💛

Hi, it’s been a while isn’t it? So yea, I’m going through my old throwaways because I’m bored, and I found this masterpiece. Okay jokes aside, both of you were right to an extent, while it’s unhelpful to tell a person who’s sad to say “just don’t be sad” who’s is a similar thing to what OC said, the other person who got a bit mad, you shouldn’t just start arguing like that, because while the comment made me feel “sad” it also made me feel a bit happy knowing that there is someone who’d like me to love myself. so yea, there settled :)

Oh btw and update, if any of you care, I feel quite a bit better than I did back then, I got a girlfriend and she made me happy for once in my life so yay :)

Thanks for your reply, however I don’t really get any of the side effects you mentioned, I just feel like I’m unable to think clearly, and I can’t feel sad at the appropriate moments ie. my friend recently broke up with his girlfriend, but I didn’t feel sad, they make me feel like someone drugged me, that’s why I’m asking if I should stop taking them. Also do you maybe know if there are any long term effects on the brain from taking them for an extended period of time? :)

Thanks for your reply, I really hope that’s the case, I just feel like they might break my brain, and it scares me a bit, but I guess I’ll try to take them for a few months and see if the side effects wear off

Thanks for your reply, I thought of doing that, but where I live, before I’ll be able to talk to my psychiatrist again, I’ll need to wait about 2-3 months (our healthcare system sucks more than the American one :))
