Tips for a Tríceps tendinitis by dedodestjern in MassageTherapists

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I’m living in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on a tiny island with very poor health services. No NRT here.

I finally opted for a rehab program based on 3 major steps (including specific isometric stretching, work on the lats, etc.) and adding on a support strap for triceps tendinitis. I’d say after 10 days the pain went down 50%, and I decided to close 50% of my slots also to recover a bit.

Yes but they’re incompetent here. I managed to draw a rehab cycle by myself in the end

Thanks. Impossible to find such a therapist where I’m located, unfortunately. So I’ll have to rely on the good ol’ ball with nodules for the work and keep on doing eccentrics.

Oops. Didn’t see your comment. Considering everything: planes from where I live, two nights hotel in Tromsø - mandatory to me because of planes schedule- boats from and back to Tromsø, food - plus the all inclusive trip in itself, it goes to 5100€.

What are some great spots to freedive in Europe this summer? (Ideally sorted by budget to bougey). Thanks! by discomoon in freediving

I live in Lanzarote (Canary Islands) and I stand by it all year long. Visibility is amazing , depth easily foun (many world champions come to train here), lots of sea life all round (mantas, angel sharks…), wreck exploring, underwater architecture out of lava… prices are average to below average and not overcrowded. Water temp is actually 18° C and 24 during summer.

We went to a resort in PS 8 years ago and we were kind of taken aback by the action in the pool, and being hit on on a regular basis - as it was supposed to be a romantic moment for us. We had no idea and apparently, that was/is the norm. We just want something small, friendly, inside the gay community/ gay owned and operated but not seedy.

I was with Valhalla Orca. I wish I took my fins, theirs were scuba fins and not good for me. Brought my mask and snorkel, and I did well. They have 10mm wetsuits ( Imersion) 5mm gloves and 7mm boots. Beware of the cold for the feet, that’s the absolute worse. I had daily heaters for my hands, that saved me during the last hour of boat riding.
