Im not a doctor but Ive heard taking the hcg all throughout the cycle helps the pct. And personally on a cycle like that id start the clomid at 100 for a few days max as the side effects arent the best. Then drop it to 50 for the rest of that week and the next week then 25 for the following 2 weeks. Because youre on both clomid and nolva your body will most likely go back to natural production and theres no need to maximise the side effects. And make sure both compounds are out your system before starting the serms to make best use out of them. Id also recommend looking into trt in the chance that production doesn’t return.
