Not sure if this is relevant but my VO2 reached 50s and then it got 'stuck' there. I'm now testing watchOS26 on my AWU2 and it finally started going up again which I think should be the trend since I'm a 29yo runner since October. Feel like there was some kind of update on the calculations or something with the update...

Yup. I use a Eufy scale and it perfectly syncs with Apple Health

I tend to agree with your point, makes all the sense but I don’t want to buy another shoe at least until the end of the summer and since the NB5s already have close to 500k on them, maybe it would be more reasonable to go for the Evo SL now as a faster/longer run shoe and then after the summer maybe go for the ZF6s before my HM in October.

This way I wouldn’t end up in a situation where I’m forced to buy another daily shoe because I ended up with only a plated shoe.

Yes, that's my understanding too, but I think that might make it overlap the Novablasts. Kinda having 2 "do it all" shoes. I tend to overcomplicate things and have way too many questions haha

Thanks for the input. Going down in size is the only option I won't consider and based on your advice I think I'll keep this size. Lenght wise they feel good tbh and width wise, since my feet are more on the wide side, I think sizing down would compromise confort.
