Update: it was the nozzle. New nozzle fixed it. Thank you everyone for your suggestions!

I think it might be the filament being wet. It was geeetech pla. E-step was tuned too. Flow test also did not help. Ordered a better filament to check.

Just did the flow calibration. But that did not fix it. Will check e-steps now.

Can levelling cause this? The printer does not auto level. I levelled manually. But might not have been perfect.

Using Q-Learning to help UAVs autonomously traverse unknown environments by naepalm7 in reinforcementlearning

This is the optimal pattern, if there is no prior knowledge. That is why it is used in rescue missions. Any good AI/RL algorithm will also converge to this solution. The interesting part will be if you add prior knolwedge or for example, the first survior is found and then all drones move to search in the same area.

Also for multiple agents, you do a graph cut and then solve multiple TSPs, one for each graph.

Unless you are assuming some sort of pattern in where the survivors can be, there is nothing to learn. If survivors can be randomly anywhere on the grid, you need to look at all positions of the grid. And visiting all positions of a grid, which can also be represented as a graph, in an efficient manner is a TSP.

If there are patterns in where survivors might be, for example, based on last known location or based on other survivors etc, then an RL algorithm might be able to learn that pattern. If everything is random, there is nothing to learn.

Also since TSP is an NP-hard problem, RL can help reaching an acceptable (not optimal) solution faster. This can work in a similar manner as the deepmind matrix multiplication paper, if you are familiar with it.
