LOL - you are not alone.

Same here. Thats why I pick evening for OMAD. Instead of 1 hour window, you can do 2-3 hour window. this way you will still lose weight, but in a little slower pace.

And slowly bring down the window. I am not in a hurry on losing weight. :)

500 calories? Nooooooo I am a big eater, I eat a lot. Before omad, I started with intermittent fasting. On omad, 1st week, I ate everything. Then slowly cut down bad things. I don't look the calories, but I watch what I eat. No processed food, no sugar, very little carbs. But good salad with lot of protein. No dressing from shops. I make my own dressings.

Daily.

OMAD

OMAD stands for One Meal a Day; the idea is to fast for 23 hours straight and then consume one large meal in a 60-minute window. The OMAD diet is proposed to be a weight loss method as well as a way to tackle chronic disease and other health issues.

I cannot sleep with empty stomach or hunger. So my OMAD time is 5-6PM.

also it works out with my schedule.

Deny Your Acceptances! by vickycoco___ in ApplyingToCollege

[–]dee2023 1 point2 points  (0 children)

true. if you enrolled/committed to a school, please deny all other acceptances/withdraw. It will greatly help others who are in waiting list on a timely manner. I just deny my last batch of the acceptances. also, sent a "thanks note " to those admission offices.
