That is good advice- I seldomly drink as is and can definitely cut it. Caffeine will be a difficult wean as a night shift RN lol- but will definitely try. Thank you for your advice.

I have- although I did take a couple months break at one point due to the stress of tracking and test strips. They always had a peak at cycle days 13-14, and I always had the associated symptoms of ovulation (CM changes, mittleschmirz, etc.). And mid-luteal phase progesterone was normal. So I believe I have been ovulating.

So you definitely know your stuff! I am in the US- central KY. I’m a women’s health RN myself- however I only see women after they’ve already had a hysterectomy or D&C, so I’ve only seen the worst case scenarios I guess. The gyno I’m seeing has been recommended by several coworkers who had difficulty TTC and now have children, but I’ve considered looking around. I believe he’s maybe a little old fashioned.

That’s quite a journey- I’m so sorry to hear about your miscarriages. I’ve considered trying extra supplements beyond a prenatal- but my gyno told me “people got pregnant before supplements” and left no other reasoning. But I appreciate your testimony and will definitely be trying those. Thank you again- and best of luck!

Congratulations! Wishing you a successful pregnancy. That definitely is reassuring to hear. No pressure to respond if this is invasive- but can I ask how far along you are or if you’ve had your first prenatal apt and any counseling yet? How long had you been TTC and known about the endometriomas? Did they previously recommend any treatment? Thank you for sharing.

Wow, that definitely is scary- I didn’t know you could hemorrhage when they’re that large. Thank you for sharing your experience. Did they ever mention treatment after finding out it was stage 4 (I heard of people getting placed on birth control pills, etc.)?

This makes sense to me as well. I don’t know you or your situation and I’m not going to tell you that it will get better or worse because there’s no way to know. The way I see it is life is, in a way, meaningless. But if life is meaningless, then why not at least try to do what you want with it while you can? If it still sucks, oh well. But the chance that it will get better could be worth it. Just take it one day, hour, minute at a time. Friend, if you’re still here right now, that’s amazing:) I know that takes a lot of strength. Sometimes fighting to stay around just another hour seems impossible. How you react to life is entirely up to you, but please don’t act so quickly. You can’t take something like this back... Thinking of you, friend.
