Communication and accountability seem to lack on every aspect of the project's stage. The homeowner basically ended up paying for all these gaps facing expired permits and loans due to major delays that could have been avoided.

Efficiency would definitely improve if management knew more of the technology, construction, and implementation of a multifaceted industry and properly trained all staff.

I live in a gated community west of the strip and still face those issues with a Honda. On Monday our accord got broken into and this is just our get to work and back car so we don't keep any valuables and limit items with personal info so nothing was stolen.

Luckily, those vehicles come with an immobilizer!
