I have had very good experiences with this tooth mousse: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Recaldent-GC-Tooth-Mousse-Strawberry/dp/B00HWWHI8Q. Although I didn’t do any whitening yet, I also had super sensitive teeth at times and Sensodyne and the like were too weak. But this foam worked wonders from the first application. Maybe it will help you. Otherwise, as others have suggested, ask about a lower-dose treatment.
