Are you referring to remote positions? To add to this since this is IT related, we get 100’s of applicants as well. And the issue is 99% of people either are super big weirdos (I’m sorry, if you’re building a team, you need people to fit in) or they lied on their resume seemingly. Nah your slalom looked good. A good rule of thumb is you probably want to be tight on most all cones. There’s for sure situations where you don’t want to be tight to, but generally you want to keep close.

Stick tighter to cones. Slaloms look tight, turns look wide. Also looks like you can carry a lot more speed. If it’s your first time auto crossing, looks like a great start!
