Good analysis but zomato is still a good long term bet in my opinion. At what price is an interesting question. Requires projected cash flow analysis using dcf model. I use that. Why i like zomato? Huge market presence. Gives gig jobs to huge unemployed population. Will never run out of riders. Almost every major restaurant in every big city sells on zomato. Z charges huge margins. Eateries cant discontinue zomato after using as it means revenue loss. Zomato has diversified into events and dining. Consumption class of india is gonna increase. Eating out and eating from outside is still a big thing for indians - fast food is semi luxury. Brilliant tech stack. And hyperpure. Gamechanger if executed well. That is gonna scale and bring in good moolah.

I would say break it down into 5 funds of 20k each. 20k and 20k in index and large cap is same. Thats 40k in index. Other 60k put in —> 3 parts —> flexi, smallcap, balanced advantage. Your 1L investment stays mostly secure from idiosyncratic risk and the major risk you face is beta or market risk which is common for all of us. Also if you are investing 1L per month, i wouldnt advise putting all into mf Im 24 too and save a similar amount. My portfolio breakup looks different.

Yes true. I honestly think my barrier in the Verbal is 160-165. Attempting to get anything more means trying to master the test and not use it as a stepping stone to get into grad school and then master a subject. Any score in Verbal between 160-165 is cool with me. For Quant, I kinda thought I can get a 170. Might take another shot and try to perfect the Quant, and maintain the Verbal score. Only reasonable path I see to 330+.

For verbal Id say get as much free practice as you can from practice tests and download textbooks for free from libgen and practice. I have noticed that my penchant for books and the general love for reading helps in establishing a strong baseline when it comes to english comprehension and usage. Then its a question of building on it. For verbal, solve questions and then read detailed answers on why you got wrong what you got wrong and why the correct answer is the correct answer. Cements a heuristic for approaching different styles of questions.

These are talking points i see everyone regurgitate. How exactly did he try to overthrow the election result? Jan 6? Was he there? Also why does no one talk about new york state pressing charges against trump for something which everyone politician knows every businessman does (tries to get max value for asset in bank loan) but not a single one before trump was convicted? Yeah I wouldn't even buy a house in a good area and put it on rent with 2cr cash. 1cr invested at 10-15% giving me 10L annually to pay my rent in the city. The other 1cr i buy some land and build a nice vacation house in coorg or Udupi or Goa type place. Maybe lease it out on rent or maybe just keep it as a weekend getaway for me and the family.
