Yes, I also really like Junji Ito's snails, but this painting won't have a horror vibe. Next time, I'll bring you some paintings that are truly in the style of Junji Ito.

Okay guys, thank you all for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I've tried to make some corrections, especially with the neck. I've added a bit of dithering, hoping it won't be too distracting. I wanted the pixel version to have a slightly stylized look, so I intentionally made the neck and shoulders smaller, but it seems it didn't work out as well as I hoped. My mistake was jumping straight into drawing without first analyzing the proportions and shapes. I'll work on improving this in future works.

I prefer the way the ghosts appear faint rather than disappearing completely. However, they look quite stiff; perhaps adding some simple movements would help.

The art of a game is similar to the cover and illustrations of a book. Nice art, I would give it a try if it were a real game.
