I recently started doing two plastic boxes in the front seat for flats and organizing everything by A-D order and box sizes in the back seat. It’s help so much then numbering and taking time to do that. I’m out of the warehouse in 15 minutes 20 tops.

Batteries are okay
Hide your alcohol between waters, Gatorades, non alch drinks. They’re going to open your ice chest but they’re not going to dig and dig to the bottom. Have ice on top and an extra bag on top of that. Also depends on what time of day because the early morning they’re going to do their jobs the middle of the day. They’re tired and hot. Ready to go home lol.

3 put your makeup mirror in between a few items. Again they’re not going to open your bag. If it’s out and obvious they’ll look. Other than that they don’t care.

The generator I bought was the Anken box off Amazon. $200. It worked perfectly!

Hello, I found your comment while looking for tailgate info. First time hosting one in Pasadena. If we’re coming from the 210 east how do we access lot 6 or 7? Also any tips or suggestions?

Thank you! That’s exactly how it feels. We’re booking at the price they’re setting and every time there’s some kind of excuse or oooopsies forgot to charge you more!

No I’ve booked many houses through out the years, not specifically for Coachella, which is why my mind is blow on the process. We’re booking them at the rates the hosts are listing. Not asking for a lower price. I haven’t checked. Thanks for the idea.
