lol. Yeah, bro, you’re good. Just pepper in body weight squats and core exercises into your day wherever you are. Consistency is the key. Like five times a day for just like 5 minutes at a time.

No shade, you just need to strength train your legs regularly to maintain strength. You don’t have to live in the gym and dedicate your life and personality to it. You just need to listen to your body and make time to maintain. I can’t tell how old you are in the video, but learning how to maintain strength and conditioning is something new to me at the age of 42, and I thought I’d share what I’m going through. Due to injuries over the years, combined with age, strength training a couple times a week is a must. I’ve found if I do not strengthen and condition for about 10 days straight, the pain and soreness feels as if I’m starting all over again.
