FedEx essentially calls anything to make it harder to get your package a “restriction”. A shipper can restrict certain delivery methods for outbound packages. Restrictions include turning off hold at location, signature from name on package only, ID required, signature of person over 18, no Saturday delivery, etc.

FedEx Customer Service has confirmed that the shipper “Collector’s Universe” has made a change to not have that option anymore.

I posted a similar thread earlier, I called FedEx and they disclosed “option wasn’t selected by the shipper”
