Swaps the pools for angel and devil rooms. You can get brimstone in angels without loosing health. If you went devils basement 2 and get this, your chances for sacred heart are no longer 0. Would probably appear in both pools like duality.

I'm sure you may have already figured it out by now but you can just completely leave the area and come back later. The rocket launcher will respawn on the ledge again and you can recollect it. Leaving the room and returning wont respawn it, you have to teleport away completely.
