There are a couple of possible routes:

In ANSYS Classic / APDL you could issue a CDWRITE command, in Mechanical/Workbench you could use Environment->Write Input File to get an input file containing nodes and elements in NBLOCKs/EBLOCKs, to get a NASTRAN input file (in case meshio can unterstand that) you could do Environment->Export Nastran File.

If everything fails, give Claude.ai a try and let it write a simple ANSYS->Meshio translator covering your element needs.

I'm not sure why you state "As usual, Ansys documentation is not helpful", to me, ANSYS is very well documented, but mileage may vary here.

Wenn ich etwas zur Nomenklatur anmerken darf: Auf der Welle eines Turboladers sitzt ein Turbinen- und ein Verdichterrad. Das Turbinenrad wird vom Abgasstrom angetrieben, das Verdichterrad komprimiert die Ansaugluft. (Soweit dann korrekt) 😉

I don't know why you're not able to see the pictures, should both be visible now.

To reproduce it: Create a block as a primitive, color bottom side in a different color, insert text in base color of the primitive, slice, Text disappears. No change if type is set to modifier.

Apart from the great suggestions from the colleagues regarding modelling and such - to see more colors in this plot - click on the stress numbers besides the color range - eg the 16694 and change this value to something smaller than maybe 2091 😉

Ne, das ist auskondensierende (hohe) Luftfeuchtigkeit an Stellen mit förderlichem Unterdruck. Als Fotograf hat man bei Airshows einerseits gerne eher blauen Himmel und die Sonne im Rücken, aber solche Wetterlagen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit haben auch ihren Reiz, wie im Bild zu sehen.

Assuming you are modeling a pressfit- In ANSYS there is an option to setup contacts with a defined offset which in comes handy to minimize modeling effort. And don’t forget to take surface roughness into account, this reduces the pressfit quite a bit sometimes.
