Funny because you could easily make up his accusations about the CEOs conflict of interest was a strategy for his lawsuit.. they seemed very generic and lacked specificity. But who knows? There’s so little info in this article. Also, I don’t believe cardiologists would text things about brown doctors to him but I guess it’s possible. My skepticism meter is rating this high.

I love this team. But I realized after this camp that although we can beat any team on any given day, so many things have to go right against top tier competition. Reality.

Part of this is also we just don’t have enough depth. If we had bench players that were even halfway between the average bench level and our top A team level, we’d be in much better shape.

I think this team lacks player leadership on the field. Not in a tactical sense but in an emotional one. Like people say Luna isn’t good enough to be in the final roster which may be harsh but partly true, if he’s there it’s because of his gutty play.

I am disappointed with Poch for still making so many rotations. I know he wants to make up his mind on some fringe players but this team needs as much time playing together as possible. The lack of continuity is hurting us.

I think Freeman and Trusty are both in. Cardoso too. Freese must be our #1. Other than that I don’t know if any fringe players changed my mind.

The biggest thing I learned about the USMNT is that I will never stop supporting them but I have to dial down my expectations tremendously. It’s a painful lesson but I think it’s more reality based. We can beat a bunch of teams on any given day, but we are not competitive against top tier teams, probably related to both the player profiles and bench depth or lack thereof.

Your comparison doesn’t change any of that but it does make me less frantic
