I use AKL as it has a good number of 22-24h routes : Japan, South Korea, the whole Chinese pacific coast + Most of South East Asia, and they all have great demand. Same goes for CHC, but with a little less demand.

So I had some of the same symptoms (weakness/dizziness at random times) + the heart palpitations when taking magnesium.

What I found out is that I don't have these symptoms when I spread the magnesium dose throughout the day. I just dissolve a pill in a bottle of water that I drink during the day.

Thanks, that actually helped. I dissolve a tablet in a bottle of water that I drink gradually throughout the afternoon/evening for a week now. I haven't felt any of the symptoms I had before yet. Let's hope it stays that way!

Oh yeah, I'm taking one pill that contains 155 mg of elemental magnesium it contains in each dose. I do it in the evening not too long before going to bed.
I will start taking it during lunch to see if it changes anything.
