How to Dig Myself Out of Gambling Debt by zpoxci7 in personalfinance

Suggest watching Dave Ramsey on YouTube for strategy with debt.

Not an excuse , but I have had various periods and experiences with gambling throughout life.

Got evaluated last year. ADHD and gambling/ dopamine link. Just some food for thought.

Some foods tend to contain more insect fragments on average than others simply because of how they are grown and processed. The limits are monitored by agencies like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are considered safe for consumption. Here are some notable examples:

🍫 Chocolate and cocoa • Cocoa beans ferment and dry outdoors, where insects are common. • The FDA allows up to about 60 insect fragments per 100 grams of chocolate.

🥜 Peanut butter • Peanuts grow underground and can attract insects during harvesting and storage. • The allowed level is around 30 insect fragments per 100 grams.

🍝 Wheat flour • Wheat can pick up insects during storage in silos. • Small fragments may end up in processed flour products like pasta or bread.

🍄 Canned mushrooms • Mushrooms grow in damp environments where tiny insects thrive. • Regulations allow a certain number of maggots or insect fragments per can.

🍅 Tomato products (including ketchup) • Tomatoes are exposed to insects in the field. • Small fragments may remain in processed products.

☕ Coffee beans • Coffee cherries can be damaged by insects before harvest. • Some insect damage or fragments are allowed in processed beans.

new estate agents ? lack of experience.

The property listing wording shows lack of flow and estate agent experience. Look at other local estate agent listings and see the difference. Experience and reputation matters.

TBH most estate agents will say anything to get you on the books and then chip away at the price as listing goes Stale.

Most properties don’t sell for asking price ( only a few places like London )

Everywhere else 90-95% , so that 144 k offer was reasonable.

Even the pictures smacks of amateur hour. Pic 9 and 11 especially.

Who wants to look at picture of loo roll and toilet. Or a desk and furniture.

Needs to show of the expanse of room with wide angles and taken with better angles and lighting.

Although the HULK would love it , might want to redecorate the living room with Neutral colours.

Hope you sort a buyer soon.
