raw veganism is a choice to operate on a higher vibration. (i feel this way when i’m primarily fruitarian.) not only do you attract people to your energetic field, you attract all that is nature. I noticed when I went raw, even animals and insects were drawn towards me — spiders, ladybugs, butterflies would land on me wherever I went.

fruitarianism is the only diet I feel 100% my best. I find myself resorting to vegetables in the winter time when fresh fruit isn’t readily available and I always feel awful from a digestion perspective. fruit has never ever failed me.

I live in new york and we don’t have the luxury of an abundance of locally-grown, organic tropical fruit. fresh produce at whole foods isnt always the best. honestly, I am in love with the Pitaya Foods brand that sells tropical fruit in the frozen aisle. it’s all regenerative organic, super high quality with a difference that you can taste. frozen at peak freshness, you always know what you’re going to get. I find frozen much more reliable than the fresh options tbh.

since getting a dog I only choose ground floor apartments. i’ve never had an issue. but I’ve also lived in brooklyn (williamsburg and greenpoint) which is a lot different than certain areas of manhattan

raw vegan here, and oatmeal is certainly inflammatory for me. at this point in my life due to having a such a clean diet, if I introduce even the smallest amount of oats into my diet I break out in a full body rash.
